Thanks for this excellent research overview, Paul. You mentioned the issue of value-neutrality in b-schools at the start of your presentation: can I ask whether we can remain respectful of academics whose only value seems to be to serve corporate interests or to publish for the sake of publishing, especially in light of the grand societal challenges you've highlighted? How are we to engage with them: ignore, challenge, something else? What's been your approach to this, Paul, and has it changed over time?

In respect to ambidexterity argument. Do you see this as a problem of managing interdependencies (complementarities) or managing contradictions?
